Office Management and Executive Assistant Program
General Information
The Office Management and Executive Assistant Program aims to train executive assistants for the management of all public institutions and organizations and private sector businesses. It plans to train individuals who have the knowledge and skills to organize the office work of managers in an environment where industrial and commercial developments are experienced and both public and private businesses are increasing, and who can adapt to the changing and developing business world conditions. In line with this goal; it aims to provide the necessary education and training for an expert workforce who can fulfill office services according to management functions and make an effective contribution to the work of the manager and the internal operations of the institution. The program, which includes a four-term education program, aims to meet the increasing need for a workforce in the form of educated office staff. During this process, training is provided for their professional development. Professional internship is within the scope of the education process. At the end of the program, students who graduate are given an associate degree.

Double Major / Minor Programs
Double Major Program: Allows students to earn a bachelor's degree in a field they are interested in, in addition to their primary field. In this program, students can complete courses in two different fields and earn a diploma in both fields.
Minor Program: Allows students to take a certain number of courses in a field they are interested in, outside of their major. Students who complete the minor program are given an official certificate in that field; however, this does not mean a second undergraduate degree.

Exchange Programs
It offers students the opportunity to study at another university, either domestically or abroad, for a certain period of time. Thanks to these programs, students have the opportunity to learn about different cultures, develop their foreign language skills and gain international academic experience. The most common exchange programs include programs such as Erasmus+, Mevlana and Farabi.

WORKING FIELDS AND EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES
The job field of office management and executive assistant associate degree graduates is quite wide and they can work in many institutions and organizations belonging to the public and private sector, universities, foundations, associations. The increasing need for businesses to be managed with a contemporary business approach increases the need for trained human resources in this field.
In civil servant recruitments made with KPSS, an associate degree graduate is required in the 'Office Management and Executive Assistant' preferences. In this way, students who graduate from an associate degree program also have the opportunity to find work in the public sector.
